Wonderful place! The peace, silence, and absolute tranquility. The rooms are spotless and well-run by delightful hosts. I highly recommend it.

Run by Karl, Paulo, & Ian . a relaxing retreat in the middle of an Umbrian Valley in the countryside. There are 4 self contained suites and a swimming pool. A family friendly, Child friendly,Gay friendly , in fact all are welcome. The grounds include eco friendly solar power. The Hosts Karl & Paolo are excellent cooks and excellent hosts. I am luckily friends of them and Was welcomedwith open arms into this establishment.Really though it feels like a family home , with the hosts also being Molly the free thinking cat, Ted the friendly dog,the chickens and the Siamese cat.. who is very particular in who he treats as friends, the Sunflower suite which I stayed in is bright clean and everything you can need you just to need t oask your hosts, free Wi-Fi & sky to keep you in contact with the outside world from this idyliic retreat.I will definitely be returning again and cant reccommend it enough.

Never mind What matters, you are here to relax and sit a bit to meditate and find that loneliness here is a dream that makes you feel good. Enjoy the happiness! Fantastic place surrounded by greenery, excellent guests including dogs, road a bit rough but worth it. A relaxing holiday. A place close to other fantastic ones.
