Rainbow Club

Rainbow Club operates on the Rimini seafront promenade during the summer season — a terraced bar and small club with sea views that opens in June and closes in September. The venue is quintessentially Riminese in its summer-only existence: when the weather and tourists arrive, it opens; when they leave, it closes. The bar serves drinks from morning aperitivo through late-night hours; DJ sets run Thursday through Sunday from 22:00. The crowd is mixed gay/lesbian with a significant percentage of Italian gay tourists from Bologna, Milan and beyond who are in Rimini for the beach. The sea-facing terrace is the best feature — a cold Aperol Spritz at sunset on the Adriatic is one of summer's simple pleasures. The club coordinates with the Altromondo Studios circuit calendar, serving as the pre-party venue for major events.
