Decent family hotel in the heart of Rimini. Excellent breakfast.

Great experience, convenient location, with a large parking lot in front and the beach just a hundred meters away. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast, including vegan options. The room was average, excellent value for money.

My wife and I stayed last weekend...we booked a standard double room and were greatly surprised to be given an upgrade to a junior suite. So, really. So kind. Perhaps a few more smiles from the staff would be the icing on the cake (except for the very nice and professional young man). Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and would definitely give it 5 stars. We traveled with our 3-year-old daughter, and we were very impressed by how child-friendly the hotel was. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help us with any information we needed. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything was well maintained and exceeded our expectations. The hotel is also located just a few steps from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food options every morning. Overall, everything was exceptional. We had a wonderful family vacation and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and family-friendly stay.

Rude staff

A terrible and shameful experience that I would not recommend to anyone. We booked a room at this hotel in September 2025 for the weekend of June 2, 2026, paying in full at the rate of €300. Just two days before the weekend of our stay, we received a phone call from the hotel, using the excuse of an unspecified "technical fault in the room of unknown cause," informing us that they were unable to accommodate us. To make matters worse, they wanted to palm off an older, inferior property on us. When I refused, the operator arrogantly and classlessly emphasized the fact that we had booked a "Standard" room, almost as if to convey the message that, having paid a basic rate, we were not entitled to the respect of the contract and our dignity as guests. Therefore, in addition to ruining my plans at the last minute, I was treated rudely. The reality behind the "technical fault" is a clear case of speculative overbooking. Having booked months ago at a great rate, the hotel decided to get rid of us so close to the date and resell the room at triple or quadruple the price, leaving us unable to find a last-minute alternative without spending crazy amounts. Disgraceful commercial behavior and a complete lack of professional ethics. Avoid them if you don't want your plans ruined at the last minute! Definitely not recommended 👎🏻
