Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working in many rooms. The experience could be improved, despite the owners' courtesy.

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a stone's throw from the sea and a few hundred meters from Rimini's best fish restaurants—all three restaurants are within walking distance. The rooms are simple, but very clean and quiet. You can get a good night's sleep in mid-May. The hotel owner, Mario, is a very pleasant and warm-hearted person—he creates an atmosphere of comfort and tranquility in his hotel. PS: He even replaced a light bulb in the chandelier for me on the day I checked in, so I had more light for reading and my online lectures. I was very pleased with the service and hospitality.

Great location near the beach, the only flaw was the bathroom: too small.

I stayed at the Hotel Spring, and unfortunately, the experience was not a positive one. The property appears very dated and rather modest for the asking price. The room was small, not very clean, and even lacked a closet to hang clothes. The bathroom also leaves much to be desired: the shower is uncomfortable and doesn't allow for a proper wash. Breakfast is extremely limited, stripped to the bare minimum, with no particular choice or quality. Considering the cost of around €60 per night, I consider it poor value and overpriced for the services offered.

My partner and I stayed for two nights, along with our dog. The rooms were small, especially the bathroom, but they were tidy and clean. The location was central and just steps from the beach. The breakfast was plentiful, with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The staff were very kind and helpful. Excellent value for money.
