A wonderfull experience

Ideally located, this hotel is a real gem. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The charming little courtyard, where you can have breakfast, a drink, lunch, or dinner, is a real delight. Breakfast is excellent, and we also had dinner there: a true treat! The rooms are comfortable. I recommend this establishment without hesitation.

My husband and I stayed at this fantastic hotel for 4 days. The staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was sumptuous, the room was spotlessly clean, and the location was excellent, right in the heart of Turin.

This hotel chain consistently maintains high standards throughout. The location is excellent, just steps from the Mole Antonellina, in a truly beautiful square filled with eateries where you can sample some Turinese specialties.

The hotel itself is very well presented and aesthetically beautiful. I particularly appreciated the internal courtyard: a peaceful setting that immediately conveys a relaxing atmosphere. ​Strengths: ​Excellent breakfast: The buffet is rich and varied, perfect for both sweet and savory eaters. I tried several products (cured meats, bread, yogurt, pastries) and found everything to be of excellent quality. ​Reception service: In the morning, I reported the problems I encountered, and the staff was immediately responsive and professional, immediately activating the maintenance technician to carry out the necessary checks (despite their monitors detecting no anomalies in the system). ​Concerns about my room: ​Air conditioning: During the night, the system stopped working, forcing me to wake up at 4:30 a.m. due to the heat. Since there was no way to restart it, I had to solve the problem by opening the window (fortunately, the outside temperature was pleasant and cooled the room). Bathroom layout and lighting: The bathroom has no windows, and the shower is recessed into a niche, making it decidedly dark. The LED ceiling light, projecting upward, doesn't adequately illuminate the space.

Nice, sufficiently large room. Good location with parking, although quite expensive – €35 per day. Breakfast offered a wide selection. Plenty of staff. All in all, recommended.
