Excellent location for all local tourism sites and public transport links. Welcoming staff with good communication leading up to the stay. Very well appointed accommodation, quiet, comfortable bed, great air conditioning. Fabulous place to stay in Verona.

A great find! Loved the location, location and location! Close to everything important from tour meeting points to shopping, restaurants, bakeries, the arena and the gelaterias 😆 The girls at reception were very friendly, helpful and professional. Our suite was spectacular, roomy with a dinette, kitchenette that came with a high end Lavazza machine, microwave, refrigerator and all essentials esp for a family. Loved that a dyson hairdryer is provided for guests 💕. Truly an exceptional find!

★☆☆☆☆ The apartment was very clean, modern, well-maintained and in an excellent location. The staff we dealt with during our stay were polite, professional and genuinely appeared to be trying to help. Unfortunately, our apartment remained excessively hot throughout our stay and we were unable to sleep for three consecutive nights. We reported the issue multiple times and were advised that management, electricians and technicians were investigating, yet no effective solution was provided before our departure. The only suggestion was to keep the windows open, which resulted in significant road noise (there is a late-night bar directly below the property) and insects entering the room. The post-stay handling of the complaint was even more disappointing. After escalating the matter to management, the co-founder provided several different and contradictory explanations for what had occurred, ultimately confirming that our apartment had been found operating in heating mode whilst also confirming that no other apartments experienced similar issues during the same period. A great property unfortunately let down by an unresolved room issue and a disappointing management response.

Great hotel in a quiet street in the center of it all - got upgraded to the suite . Beautiful - quiet , tastefully done . Front desk staff were warm helpful , there was Martina and 2 other women that were great in helping me with suggestions and booking a train ticket online Has a little kitchenette with fridge , for those wanting to eat in . Will come back !
