★★☆☆☆

The hotel’s location is good, but it has some major shortcomings. First of all, there is an air conditioner mounted directly above the bed. During the night, I got too cold and turned it off. However, the condensation that had built up started dripping onto my bed for the rest of the night. I had to place a towel on the bed to keep the mattress and sheets from getting soaked. (I’m attaching a photo.) Another issue is the shower. The water temperature constantly changes while you’re showering. Every now and then, it suddenly turns ice cold, which is very unpleasant. The last—and most important—issue is the attitude of the staff. It genuinely made me uncomfortable. Do not expect friendliness or courtesy. This applies both to the reception staff and the employees in the restaurant downstairs. This morning, I went down for breakfast. The first thing you should do is greet your guests with a simple “Good morning,” and then politely ask for their room number. Instead, I was asked for my room number in a rude and suspicious manner, as if I was trying to sneak into the restaurant without permission. After I gave my room number and entered, the waiter asked me for it again. Are you kidding me? I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. If the hotel management is reading this, they should invest in proper customer service, courtesy, and hospitality training for their staff.

Room size is average. The water temperature of the shower is hot and cold changing constantly when you are taking a shower. Lighting is dim. I don't understand why they install loudspeakers on the ceiling of the corridors leading to the rooms. These speakers are playing music, the same music as in the bar, the dining area, the reception and the corridors. Luckily they turned it off at night. The WiFi is very choppy. At one point they had to allow me to use the hotel conference WiFi as their main WiFi wasn't working. The reception staff is professionally and efficient. The breakfast is good and offers a wide spread.
