I came just for the hammam, but it wasn't working that day. And the reception staff didn't even mention it. The lamps in the salt room weren't turned on, nor were the candles in the relaxation area (I turned them on myself), nor were the lights in the hallway. I didn't ask because I don't think a client should have to ask; the staff should do it right away. But if they don't do everything right, I don't go to places like that anymore. And I didn't really need the light there. A robe, flip-flops, and a towel are provided. The towel in my locker was damp and wrinkled, even though it was folded. Either someone had used it before me and it hadn't been changed, or it hadn't been completely dried after washing. The jacuzzi was only half-functioning, and some of the tiles were missing. There were crumbs on the lounger, but otherwise it was clean. The staff was generally pleasant and unobtrusive. There was free water. Overall, I liked it, but that's because I was there and I had a good time, even though some things didn't work and they didn't turn them on for me. Overall, it was just okay; some people might like it. But I doubt I'll go there again.

Frankly, it was an experience far below my expectations. I had booked a sports massage, but there's an extra charge for using the hammam or sauna beforehand. The water pressure in the changing room showers was also quite poor. As for the massage itself; I've had massages in many different places, but this was one of the least professional experiences I've ever had. I think the person performing the massage needs serious training. They didn't give the impression of being technically proficient or an expert in this field. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking to relax or genuinely receive a sports massage.

The space and concept are well thought out. The staff are pleasant and smiling. you have a Finnish, Russian, Turkish sauna,, 2 showers and one bucket shower,, one with various options of storms and tropical rains.. a swimming pool that is quite enough for this type of spa, two jacuzzis, a relaxation area with deckchairs,, three tepodariums (heated benches).. you can order various drinks to serve you while you are in the spa center,, and you have massage offer. The girl who massaged me, even though it was the end of the day, tried very hard to make it the way I wanted. The changing room is small when inside, even for 4 people, you have your own locker inside, a bathrobe, towel and slippers await you..minus there is no soap or shampoo in the shower :( You have everything to relax and complete a spa relaxation. Price in the month of the offer with discount €15 3h use of the spa, 3h spa + 30min massage = €35 or 3h spa + 60min massage €55..Regular price for 3h spa is €20 A BIG MINUS FOR ME IS THE NOISE AND RAISED VOLUME WHEN PEOPLE WHO ARE IN THE POOL OR IN THE RELAXATION AREA (and jumping into the pool) are talking. Suggestion to inform guests to be quiet or talk in a low tone.

Very inappropriate rules! Children are not allowed to stay after 5:00 PM. I don't see the logic in that. You promise your child that you will take them to the pool, but because of work you are unable to go earlier and then you are told that children are not allowed to stay after 5:00 PM. Disappointing!

Excellent complex, everything is new, there are 5 steam rooms (hammam, Finnish, Russian), and a swimming pool. They provide everything you need. I don't understand the bad reviews – the place is very nice and pleasant.
