Very good location, clean and friendly staff.

We stayed at this hotel for more than three months and, unfortunately, our experience was disappointing despite the significant amount we paid for this long-term stay. One of the biggest issues was the attitude of the staff. We often found them rude and unhelpful, particularly toward Asian guests. After staying for such a long period, we expected a more welcoming and respectful approach, but this was not our experience. On one occasion, when I informed them in the morning that I was running late and asked if I could pack my breakfast to take with me, I was told that I could not do so and that I should have informed reception a day in advance. The canteen staff were also not supportive. For example, guests are told to inform reception one day in advance if they need a packed breakfast. However, when my colleague followed this procedure and informed reception the day before, the packed breakfast was still not prepared the next morning. This lack of communication and reliability was frustrating. Another major concern was the kitchen facilities. Although the room included a kitchen, it was not properly equipped. Basic items such as cups and even a single spatula were not provided. When we asked about these essentials, we were told that providing them was not hotel policy. This raises the question of why a kitchen is offered if guests cannot reasonably use it for cooking. For guests staying a few days, these issues might be minor. However, for long-term residents paying a substantial amount for several months, the lack of service, poor communication, and inadequate facilities are difficult to overlook. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both staff training and guest services. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel for long-term stays.

This lost two stars because the bed was extremely hard and we had a difficult time because of this. Eleven days and I couldn't wait to leave so I could sleep better. I would not stay there again completely due to the bed. Otherwise, everything else was good!

The only downside I have is that the hotel is located next to a construction site and is difficult to reach without directions.

Grate hotel! One week stay at 23'th floor . Definitely will be back.

it was a very nice experience. simple but clean and nice rooms. staff were very friendly and nice, nice food and hangout area too.

Love staying here. highly recomended. the laundry is free. location just behind eindhoven central which at city centre. Very nice view from the room. the staff is so friendly.

The location was pretty good, right in the middle of the city, but unfortunately no nature. The service was very friendly and the rooms were very nice. It is also very accessible with the station right next door.
