What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Otium Hotel for its friendly staff, delicious food, and excellent wellness facilities, describing them as top-notch and beautifully decorated. However, some guests have experienced issues with data leaks, mixed-up reservations leading to payment errors, and restrictive rules in the wellness area, such as a dress code. There are also conflicting reports regarding the breakfast variety, with some finding it fantastic and others describing it as limited and basic.

Very beautiful and spacious room (comfort), cozy lounge area with a bar. Friendly staff and a perfect breakfast. The wellness area is also fully equipped; not too big but nicely and cozily furnished with a beautiful outdoor lounging area.

The wellness area is very beautiful and clean. We had a delicious lunch in the wellness restaurant. Dinner is also delicious with friendly service. The hotel is new and very beautifully decorated. We had a comfort room with a view of the lake. Breakfast offers something for everyone. Various rolls, yogurt, fruit. Absolutely fantastic.

Some time after the reservation, it turned out there was a data leak. We were only informed of this by the hotel a few days after the first phishing email. During check-in and check-out, names were mixed up, and I mistakenly paid for another guest. After contacting them by phone, I was told I had to sort this out with the guest in question myself!
