Excessively small rooms, terrible Wi-Fi, and no quiet places to work. There is no food available at night, lunchtime options are very poor, and breakfast is incredibly meager. Additionally, drinking water isn't readily available—you have to specifically ask for it. Not recommended for families of 3 or more.

It is a beautiful hotel

The rooms are tiny, not what you'd expect from a category it claims to be. The breakfast is so limited that when you're in the breakfast area you think you've come to the wrong place.

The rooms were okay, a bit small but adequate. The location is very good; all the sights are within walking distance. There's no on-site parking. The service is okay, but you should check your bill carefully.

Good location and nice, clean room. The room was on the smaller side but enough space for two people and all our things. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Hague! I really appreciated the free fruit and ability to store our luggage before and after checkout. The only negatives were the awkward layout of having the checkin area in the middle of a restaraunt and elevator kind of behind the reception desk, but that's not really the hotels fault.

The hotel is very centrally located, yet very quiet. Since I traveled without a car, the location was perfect for me. The tram to Scheveningen is just a few minutes away, and I felt very comfortable staying at the hotel on my own. They offered fruit to go, and you could also help yourself to coffee from the automatic coffee machine in the hotel's small café.

Let us try to summarize: - Very polite and helpful personnel - Centrally located (which also means a bit noise from the street at night) - Quite new hotel (1y old) - Some “goodies” extra: free fruit to go, tasty soup of the day for free, water for free, coffee machine on the room with coffee and tea - parking cooperation with two parking garages around the corner with hotel conditions - Breakfast is good: everything is available what you need and tastes well (e.g. fresh bread) - Multiple options for cushions, you can ask for BUT - to few employees (on a Saturday only one person managing breakfast, cleaning all tables, filling the breakfast choice, filling coffee machine etc. / room cleaning only on request) - early check-in was booked but rooms have not been ready then; positive: of course, no need to pay extra-fee and on top got a breakfast for free To improve: - bathroom fan was running 24/7 and could not be switched off - shower door does not prevent water to come outside the shower - door stoppers for connecting rooms should be provided as standard - a courtyard seems to be available - why not offer guests parking their bikes there?
