Quality Hotel Residence

Loved the breakfast!

Very nice hotel and room. The room needed a better wash on the bathroom walls and floor in the living room, but otherwise great. The kids had a great time in the large nice room, the breakfast was good and the beds were good.

Cozy hotel with a focus on children. Good service and easy to find

Got a family room with extreme heat in the summer heat. No air conditioning in the room, but there was a fan installed that we had to turn on at full power without this helping against the heat. It was a scorching night and the air in the room was stuffy. The hotel should do something about this! Good selection of food products at the breakfast buffet, somewhat unfriendly staff in the breakfast room, A perfectly good hotel in the center of Sandnes. Parking in the attached warehouse.

Very soft bed, almost like sleeping on a trampoline because it swayed so much. Got a fan delivered to the room as it was very hot that day. Good breakfast.

Don't stay in summer. Old building without proper ventilation, rooms are 10°c hotter than outside at night. You can try to fully open the windows, but it doesn't really help, and you'll only get all the noise from the city in. Hotel knows this and has set up fans in the rooms, but you'll have to choose between fans, lamps or charging your phone at night, as there's only a couple of plugs in the rooms.

Very hard to find the address on Google Maps is not correct..im the shopping mall. And parking is a serious long walk

Lovely staff and comfy.!!

Farmer on a city tour, roads were closed and we couldn't find parking, called the hotel and an employee came out and went to the parking lot to show us the way, 10/10 service!

The room was spacious and the bathroom had good water pressure, but the room's west-facing orientation made it a bit hot at night.

The room was "stuck in the 70ish". Terribly dirty carpet on the floor, shades of blue, yellow and dirty. Not sure what color it was supposed to be. No information when we checked in that we had to ask in advance for new towels. Unable to lower the temperature in the room, a small table fan didn't help at all 😳 Relaxed for cold white wine on a Saturday night and tried to serve us the wrong wine, not good🤦‍♂️ . Fire door that should have been closed was open, not good🤦‍♂️
