Terrible experience at Bar Espelho. We ordered satay here for €15 per portion. What we got looked like cheap, ready-made frozen satay and the meat was still half frozen when served. Furthermore, the fries were tough and absolutely not what you should expect for this price. What really ruined it was the hygiene. Employees with loose hair were walking in the kitchen, which honestly comes across as anything but pleasant or professional. The service was also very bad. No one asked if everything was to our liking, if we wanted anything to drink, and barely anyone looked at us. Of the six people at the table, no one ended up eating the satay because it simply wasn't edible. When we pointed this out and explained what was wrong, we ultimately only got a 10% discount. In the end, we spent about €110 on food that was mostly not eaten and, in our opinion, was of very poor quality. Terrible For this money, you should really expect much more. We are absolutely not coming back here.

On a beautiful and very warm October night my twin brother and I were pub and bar hopping down Avenida Sa Carneiro ( The Strip ) when we decided to drop by Bar Espelho ,been here before on many occasions over the years, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit to here. This bar look good,typical of the type of bars endemic throughout the Strip, pubby decor and furnishings, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Strip, its one of those bars you can chill out in. We ordered bottles of beer from Super Bock Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in while we sipped our beers. This beer is really to my liking, its a golden hoppy easy drinking lager that when served freezing cold as in this bar is a totally refreshing and delicious beer indeed, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a delicious beer and sat with my twin brother, best beer companion in the world. We both really enjoyed our beers in here, couldn't fault anything about our visit here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting as on every other visit to Bar Espelho we had a great time. Bar Espelho is easy to locate along Avenida Sa Carneiro, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday, 10am till 2am. Well worth checking out if you're in the area or planning a holiday to Albufeira.

This truly is the only bar on the strip that isnt either rough or tacky at night. I great place to sit and have a drink, without continually having to look over your shoulder. Music was good too and very good prices

My twin brother and I were pub and bar hopping down Av.Sa.Carneiro when we decided to drop by Espelho ,been here before on previous holidays to this sun drenched resort, always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking bar ,interior is superb, an eye catching serving bar dominates the main room, lovely decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling Av.Sa.Carneiro. We sat outside after getting bottles of beer from Central De Cervejas Brewery ( Sagres beer ) and these beers were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling, we chilled out and soaked up the great vibe in this busy and popular bar while we sipped our beers. A big fan of this most famous of Portuguese beers, a beer perfect for the hot climate out here along the Algarve, a golden, light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this bar. We really enjoyed our beers in here and the great vibe so much so that we ended up staying for another two beers each before we moved on, in fact we were the last out of the bar before they closed up for the night,its a bar easy to locate along Av.Sa Carniero, a street and area teeming with pubs, bars, cafe's and restaurants. Well worth checking out if you're in the area near Montechoro Strip.

Nice cozy cafe with nice service and a pleasant atmosphere and affordable prices. Highly recommended if you come to Albufeira.

Dutch bar just on edge of the truly manic Albufeira strip of New Town (the new Magaluf? ). My wife and I popped in for refreshments when in the area and enjoyed the chance to chill and watch the madness from a distance. The refreshments and service were excellent and we would be happy to return to this charming bar but less happy about the chaos which encapsulates the strip.

Friendly little bar with great staff. Always was made to feel welcome &everytime you went in always remembered what your order was. The bar was always clean & toilets immaculate.

Tried a sangria but it wasn't good. Tasted like peach nectar and lemonade. Very disappointed 😞. No alcohol to speak of in the mix. Obviously came out of a box.

Brilliant, quirky little bar. Really good on prices, cocktails are very nice. Staff are really good and will chat to you if not too busy. Outdide seating with patio heaters and seats inside. Definitely pay a visit here.
