Porto Pride 2027

Porto Pride is Portugal's second big LGBTQ+ party, and it's getting bigger. The parade cuts through the city's old center and along the river, with the Douro gorge, the Ribeira neighborhood (it's UNESCO-listed), and the Dom Luís I bridge as a backdrop. That bridge connects Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia.

Expect a week of bar nights around Porto's gay scene, plus cultural events and community meet-ups at spots like Plano B and other LGBTQ+-friendly venues. Porto Pride happens in June. It's usually a week or two before or after Lisbon Pride, so you could hit both.

Porto's a beautiful city, and its LGBTQ+ scene feels genuinely like a community. That makes Porto Pride one of Western Europe's better smaller-scale Pride events.
