It's a really nice hotel with a unique design at a very central and convenient location. Would have loved to give 5 stars. But for a hotel in that price league the package is simply not enough. - room cleaning didn't really work out for me. No idea what I did wrong but basically the room was cleaned on my first and then only again on my last day. For a hotel with this price cleaning daily should be standard. (-1star) - breakfast was OK for me. Nothing much healthy, but nice croissants and donuts. Juice is very artifical, but since I am not a breakfast person this wasn't a big deal. - aircon doesn't cool the room, I ended up sleeping with an open window. (-0,5star) - mattress is for my taste a bit hard, but I guess that's very individual for everyone (-0,5 star) - I arrived late at night, wanted to take a shower but unfortunately the bodywash dispenser in the room was empty. It has not been refilled in my entire stay. I ended up buying my own shampoo and bodywash (no big deal, a store is right next door). In a hotel in that price category the soap should be checked for a new guest (-0,5 star) - the sheets have not been changed at all during my stay. - in my first day I put the towels on the floor as I assumed room cleaning will give me fresh towels. But since room cleaning didn't show up anymore until my last day I ended up using my floor towels again. Would it hurt the hotel to have two instead of one towel in the room?! - when writing this review I saw photos of a sauna. Nobody told me there is a sauna. Overall the hotel is very very nice and the negative things would be easy to fix. But it doesn't seem like the hotel cares much about it as my comment is not the only one mentioning the lack of room cleaning. Attached photos how the room looked immediately AFTER room cleaning came on my last day, I didn't touch anything before taking the photos.

Hanami Hotel is truly a special place. Beautifully designed with natural materials and warm wood, the entire hotel feels incredibly calming and pleasant both to the eye and overall atmosphere. Each room has its own original style, every detail is thoughtfully arranged, and the cleanliness is exceptional — everything smells fresh and feels perfectly cared for. Breakfast is made of many special little bites, clearly prepared with love and attention. But the true heart of this hotel is the staff — professional, warm, nurturing, and genuinely caring. You arrive as a guest and somehow quickly feel like a welcomed family member. A place I would happily return to again and again. 🤍

Stayed at a beautiful boutique hotel in Belgrade and had an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel is stylish, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with attention to every small detail. The rooms were spotless, elegant, and very cozy. The staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcome from the first moment. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the overall atmosphere was warm and luxurious at the same time.

Excellent hotel for a 3-4 day stay in Belgrade. The staff were very attentive. The only reward is making the breakfast waiter smile. What a grumpy guy! Very good hotel.
