Unfriendly staff, unwilling to help, do not know the meaning of hospitality

The location is a bit far to walk from, but close by public transport or car. It's not a four-star hotel. The rooms aren't very clean. Breakfast is just okay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel during my business trip. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful, the rooms were well-maintained and aesthetically decorated, and the desk was very comfortable.

I was a guest and then the host of a birthday party. All praise to the restaurant staff for the quality and taste of the food, kindness, fast service and smiles on their faces. Thank you for everything and I hope to see you again.

All in all, it would be a very nice hotel in the historic part of Belgrade. The reception is excellent, very friendly and articulate, and staffed 24 hours a day. The rooms could be cleaner; there was still some old ice cream in the fridge from the previous guest—a 1 kg tub that was still a quarter full. I didn't use the minibar. The floor hadn't been vacuumed or dusted in a long time; it was disgusting. Breakfast wasn't bad, if only the fourth plate hadn't been clean. We'll try again, but we'll check the rooms first.

Everyone is extremely friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Great for pets too.

Pros (+) • The location is the only positive aspect of this hotel. Cons (–) – The hotel looks neglected and worn down, with cracked walls and an overall poor condition. – Cleanliness is inadequate in both the common areas and the room. – The parking area is difficult and unsafe: an underground space with a very narrow entrance that feels more like a storage room than a proper parking facility. – There were spiders and mold in the room, even inside the minibar refrigerator. We informed the staff, but no cleaning action was taken. – Although we had requested and were confirmed a double bed, we had to remind the staff again the next day for it to be arranged. – Breakfast was extremely disappointing: • no clean tables available • all tables were dirty • the buffet was almost empty and not replenished • food was cold and of very poor quality – The staff did not take care of replenishing the buffet or maintaining cleanliness. – The kitchen staff were loud and shouting, creating a chaotic and unprofessional atmosphere. – The breakfast area was very cold, making the experience even more unpleasant. – In the end, we were left almost hungry, which is unacceptable for a hotel. – Overall, the staff operate in a highly unprofessional manner. The hotel feels abandoned, as if it is left to chance, with no proper management or care for the property or the guests. – During our four-day stay, no one showed any interest in us — no one asked our names, how our stay was, or whether we needed anything. This complete lack of hospitality made the experience even more disappointing. Overall: Our experience was very poor. Recommendation: spend a little more money and choose another accommodation to truly enjoy your stay. Personally, I would not choose this hotel again.
