The rooms have kettles but no coffee or tea, apparently you have to pay for it. Even water wasn't available; when we asked, the staff said the bathroom and toilet are in the same place and we should use that. They didn't offer refunds, so we had no choice. The air conditioning in one of the rooms wasn't working. It's not even in the city center, quite far away, and there are no markets nearby. I didn't like it at all.

The owner who declares you sick if you leave him a negative review, regarding the review by Jelena Pantelic. She was not alone but with a friend. I personally came to pick them up to take them away due to the desperate state of the accommodation. So there was no "mental health episode" whatever that means to you, nor any evacuation or any psychological problems, but your premises/rooms were dirty. It is very ugly and unprofessional of you that you do not know how to respond to criticism in a civilized and honest way. Shame on you for recommending others not to look at her reviews. If the hotel was empty, and hygiene was at a high level at the time as you say, then I can imagine what it is like when it is crowded. Shame.

Even though it's far from the city center, you can stay in more central locations with better living conditions. Even though it's far from the center, you can stay in more central locations with more humane living conditions. Also, I have never seen any establishment give such arrogant answers in my life. You can tell they don't strive for customer satisfaction even from their responses here. It's truly a disappointment; it looks very cheap and you don't approach things professionally at all. The person responding to people's comments is like a 10-year-old child. It's unbelievable. I congratulate them on constantly saying, "What do you expect from a place that costs 25 euros a night?" It's funny how they give themselves away so much. If you admit you're not a very good place and say "this is the service for this price," then imagine going to a cafe, complaining about your coffee, and having a barista throw it in your face and say, "What did you expect for this price?" Because that's what you do to people who leave negative reviews.

“My stay was frankly disappointing. There was either no hot water, or it was intermittent; it was unclear when it would be available. Cleanliness was inadequate: room hygiene was neglected, and common areas were poorly maintained. There are also serious concerns about security; entry and exit control is weak, and you don't feel comfortable. On top of all this, customer service was extremely indifferent; reported problems were either brushed aside or never resolved. The service provided absolutely does not match the price paid. I would not choose this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.”

I am very dissatisfied with my stay at this accommodation. The first and biggest problem was the terrible smell from the toilet, which spread throughout the room and made the stay almost unbearable. The room was not cleaned, and the bed linen was stained, which is absolutely unacceptable for any accommodation. The windows were boarded up, so it was not possible to ventilate the room, which further worsened the situation with unpleasant odors. The bathroom was shared, but for this very reason it should have been much more often and better maintained. Unfortunately, it was extremely dirty and unhygienic. A special problem is the fact that the cat lives in the accommodation itself, along with its food and litter, which also smelled terribly. You are forced to breathe all of this while waiting for the owner to appear, because no one meets you, but you have to call and wait. This is especially unacceptable considering that the facility has a yard, so all of this could have been solved in a much more appropriate way. The overall organization, hygiene and attitude towards guests are at an extremely low level. I am dissatisfied with the entire facility, room and service and would not recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The cleanliness was terrible. It wasn't even mentioned anywhere that the toilet and bathroom were shared. The location looks close, but it was a ridiculous spot. Like an industrial area. We had booked for 4 days, but we only managed to stay for 2 days after changing rooms and paying extra. Don't choose this place just because it has parking. You can find much better parking spots in the city center if you pay attention to the parking signs. I really don't understand the people who leave positive reviews; what kind of places do you stay in that you can write such nice, wonderful comments about this place? I would never recommend it. Don't stay here…

Location close to the city center for the fast-paced. Nice, new or like new space. Comfortable rooms, affordable prices.

The building is in a good location close to all the action, the rooms are small in the basement, hot water all the time, cable with plenty of channels

The bathrooms are communal and the rooms are decent. Too bad we stayed here for 5 days and every morning at 7am the drill woke us up.
