The rooms were clean, modern, and functional; we were satisfied. When we first arrived, they said there were no rooms available, but when we pointed out that availability was shown on Booking.com, they apologized and said there were. Although they stated the nightly rate was 13,000 RSD, they charged 14,000 RSD to our card, claiming it was a blocked amount and they would refund 1,000 RSD upon checkout, but they didn't. We didn't pursue it further, and they added it as parking and city tax. It's not in the city center, but if you have a car, it's a decent hotel compared to most others.

A nice, stylish hotel with a great location. The service was very friendly and attentive. We arrived early, and they offered us tea, coffee, and cookies in the lobby. A nice bonus! They also checked us in an hour early and even upgraded our room just for the hell of it. The room was excellent, everything was clean, modern, and everything worked. The hotel has a restaurant with a view, a bar, and a fitness center. The only thing is, the breakfast wasn't as impressive as expected. But the views from the restaurant were panoramic. The breakfast selection was lacking, and perhaps a bit more filling (there's room for improvement), but the food was delicious. Overall, it's a good hotel; it feels cozy, comfortable, and visually pleasing! Thank you!

Room service was terrible. The cleaners didn't clean the room and even left the cleaning cloths behind. They just turned the coffee cups upside down without replacing them. Towels weren't changed and the water wasn't replenished. We chose this hotel because it's considered a good value for money. It's a perfect value-for-money hotel.

A very nice hotel in a great location in Belgrade. The room was very spacious, and I was welcomed with some small cakes. The bathroom, however, is quite small and not very attractive (Ibis Budget style). The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. As for breakfast, the selection could be improved (omelets, fried eggs, orange juice, and better quality coffee). Overall, a good hotel for exploring the Serbian capital!

Quite a decent stay. The hotel is modern and in a good location, and the rooms are new and clean. Everything is functional and the staff is friendly. For a short stay in Belgrade, a quite decent option.
