About this place STEAM PARTY SAUNA

Right in Barcelona's old Gothic Quarter, on Carrer de la Canuda, this men's sauna is a fixture in the city's LGBTQ+ scene.

It’s the official sauna for Bear Pride Barcelona, one of the city's big community celebrations, which makes it a natural meeting spot for local gay men.

Barcelona's sauna culture is a real part of its LGBTQ+ nightlife and social life. These places usually have a low-key, social vibe where you can relax, meet people, and use the facilities in a friendly setting. This particular sauna, though, has that official link with Bear Pride Barcelona—it’s a recognized spot for the bear community and others.

If you're in Barcelona, this is an easy way to tap into local LGBTQ+ culture and meet people. Whether you want to chill out after seeing the city or just want a real taste of Barcelona's gay scene, this sauna offers it. You can get more details on their website: www.pases.es/en/sauna_condal. And being in the Gothic Quarter means it's an easy walk from a lot of other things to do and places to stay in Barcelona's Old Town.

I'm from Alicante and I've visited Sauna Bruc several times, always having a very positive experience. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained, which is much appreciated in this type of establishment. The atmosphere is pleasant, relaxed, and respectful. The clientele is mostly mature, although there are also some younger people. I also want to highlight the staff's service, who have always been friendly and attentive, making you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The staff are very attentive, especially the manager and another guy named Nico; the bar staff are also very helpful. The only downside is that they're only open until 10 pm, although they sometimes have parties at night. The problem I encountered was that the entrance can be a little hard to spot the first time you go. The door is relatively small, and the exterior signage could be more visible to make it easier to find. Even so, once inside, the experience more than makes up for this minor inconvenience. Without a doubt, it's a place I recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and welcoming atmosphere in Barcelona. I'll be back.

The bathhouse was a pleasant experience. There were more men in rhe place than I expected there to be and the staff was pleasant enough. Every room was clean including the bathroom. One or two rooms seemed a little worn from the wear but so what. I might go again while here in Barcelona open 10:00 am, the best sauna of the word in my opinion!

I've always thought it was a decent and peaceful sauna.

They told me I'd find a bear, but there were only very old people. It was quite run-down, everything was very shabby, the music was awful, and the waiters were the only good thing about it. They were very friendly; the rest was rubbish. In my opinion, it's only worth it if you like people 85 and up.
