Avoid. The only decent thing is the location. In order: • The room was small, with virtually no windows. The only one there was overlooked the internal "courtyard" (2 square meters of pure filth) and you couldn't even see the sunlight. • Thin walls, you could hear everything from the rooms next door. It was like everyone was sleeping together. • The pillows were practically nonexistent, very thin, and there were no others. • The room furniture was damaged. • We found ants in the bathroom; fortunately, it was our last night there. In conclusion: don't be fooled by the photos. Don't stay here!!!!

WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN. A HUGE SCAM. We booked two nights with friends only to discover our room was infested with ants! (Furniture, bed, etc.) The hotel was unable to find us a new room and eventually stopped responding. We had to book a room at another hotel and leave. They contacted me the next day offering a room change, even though I hadn't even spent the night there. They deny the presence of insects in our room (despite my evidence) and are demanding €300 to cancel my reservation (but they did accept my room key). Not to mention the receptionist, Paulina, who told Booking.com she didn't speak English before hanging up on them, then spoke to me in perfect English. Even today, they deny everything and refuse any compensation or refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

🚨Don't go there, this is a scam. 🚨 My friends and I had booked two nights there for our weekend in Barcelona. On Saturday night, we realized the room was infested with ants (behind the bedside tables and in the bed!!!). So we called the emergency number provided by the hotel for emergencies. The person who answered promised to find a solution (we initially suggested a room change), but this number, which was supposed to call us back as soon as possible, never responded. Given the unsanitary conditions, we were forced to book a new hotel at the last minute. The next day, we went back to the hotel to get a refund due to their inaction and the ongoing insect problem. The only solution the hotel offered was to change our room, stating that they hadn't found any ants (I've attached photos as proof). They are acting in bad faith, are unresponsive when problems arise, and clearly have an insect infestation. Don't go there; you risk wasting your time and money.
