Okkult Session 2026

The fifth episode of Okkult Session will arrive on September 27, 2026, at the Carpa del Poble Espanyol in Barcelona with its most intense and evocative edition to date. An event dedicated to the most atmospheric, extreme, and spiritual sounds of contemporary metal.
Headlining the lineup will be the majestic Paradise Lost, one of the most influential bands in world doom metal. Their live performance, known for its almost ritualistic power and intensity that transcends the earthly, promises a unique immersive experience. From Sweden, Tiamat will bring their iconic blend of gothic darkness and atmospheric sensibility, one of the most transformative proposals to emerge from European metal. Meanwhile, the darkness will deepen with the presence of Evoken, absolute legends of American funeral doom, masters at crafting devastating and abysmal compositions that drag the listener into a deep trance.
The Catalan scene will shine brightly thanks to Sotabosc, whose debut intertwines atmospheric black metal, post-rock, and a strong identity spirit, and Hela will contribute their doom elegance charged with melancholy, raw emotions, and a unique ceremonial aura.
