Shakira I Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran I European Residency
About the event
Shakira will return to Spain in 2026 with Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, the tour that in 2025 became the highest-grossing tour in the history of a Hispanic artist. Eight years after her last concert in the country, the Colombian artist will offer a unique residency in Europe in Madrid with three exclusive concerts.
Shakira's residency will be produced by Live Nation Spain and will take place at the new Shakira Stadium, a temporary venue integrated into Iberdrola Music with a capacity for over 50,000 people per night. It will be the first time Spain hosts an international artistic residency format of this magnitude.
The venue has been designed by the architectural firm BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group), also responsible for the space created for Adele's residency in Munich in 2024. The Shakira Stadium will feature state-of-the-art acoustics, total visibility, and various premium experiences designed to make each concert a major international event.
Beyond the music, the residency will promote the Es Latina cultural project, a parallel program that will celebrate the roots and diversity of Latin culture through concerts, exhibitions, cinema, gastronomy, literature, and activities in different parts of Madrid.
Shakira's return comes at one of the most important moments of her career. The artist recently gathered over 400.
