Cenit Pool Bar

Unfortunately, the service at the pool has deteriorated significantly, and the cleanliness leaves much to be desired! The hotel itself is generally good, and the view from the pool is unique! What a shame... It's gotten even worse; the area looks run-down, and the service is beyond awful!

Restaurant located in the upper part of Ibiza with spectacular views and excellent cuisine and service.

Great views but definitely overpriced and service leaves much to be desired: long waiting times, no flexibility in requests, forgetting half of the order… Also food quality differs a lot per day. Don’t order the yoghurt bowl for €12!!! - no option to add fruits and equal the size as the desayuno breakfast where you get a lot of extra.

Today I wanted to visit the Cenit Hotel's pool, as I often did in the past, both as a hotel guest and sometimes as a non-guest. To my great disappointment, the waiter charged €60 per person for pool access – for non-guests! That's simply outrageous. I pointed out to the waiter that you used to be able to use the pool if you bought something. His arrogant reply: "Back then, you could stay all day, even if you only had a Coke." That's simply untrue. Neither I nor any other guest ever did that. We always bought a fair amount, and the atmosphere used to be completely different. There was music back then, too, but it was pleasant and suited the relaxed vibe. Now there's a DJ whose sets are just annoying and further rob the place of its soul. For me, it's clear: The Cenit Pool has completely lost its charm. The atmosphere that used to make it a special place for the community is gone. That was my last visit – forever.

Pleasant welcome, very nice atmosphere. The food is good, but we ate there three times (one meal and two breakfasts), and each time one or two ingredients were missing. We mentioned it to the waiter, who added them for the next customers, but there was no gesture of goodwill towards us. Otherwise, the place is nice!

An absolutely cracking spot. This pool is attached to Hotel Cenit so if you're a guest there, you're a guest here. The pool / bar appears to be leased out so is under different management, but again, if you're a guest of Hotel Cenit, you have full use of the facilities. The staff are top notch - extremely attentive without pushing you to purchase. I do note that some reviews say non guests have a minimum spend of €50 per person which is reasonable to keep the freeloaders out... nothing worse than arriving as a guest of an establishment to see that all the loungers are full. We stayed Apr 18/19/20 and the pool never seemed busy - always loungers available, however this is opening week and no doubt in the summer the place is packed. The price of food / drink is not any more expensive than on the street in Ibiza town... a 1l jug of Sangria is €25, a beef Nachos (enough for a snack for 2) is €13.... very reasonable considering the surroundings. The music flows in the background nicely... may not suit a retired couple trying to get away from it all, but this is Ibiza! Again, a 5* shout out to the staff, really attentive.. the manager was running around making sure that everyone was OK for umbrellas / picking up any napkins etc. that fell on the floor.... really making sure the place was looking its best and the staff were never more than a few seconds away when you wanted them, but did not bother you if you did not want to be bothered. We did not want to leave on our departure day, this really made our hotel stay most enjoyable.

I can't wait to go back! I was there in September 2024. A great team of cooks and waiters, a pool and maître d', a pool with Balinese beds, and wonderful views, plus a great musical atmosphere. Saturday... very special! You'll see! With a live performance!
