DADO Bar

DADO is a small gay bar on Carrer de la Mare de Déu, a narrow lane in Ibiza Town's Sa Penya quarter that's home to most of the island's gay bars. You can grab a beer or a cocktail here - they're €8 - or opt for one of the few alcohol-free options. It's a place to sit on the outdoor terrace, have a drink, and watch the street. Calle de la Virgen is quiet until late, when it fills up with people drifting from bar to bar. They usually stick around until it's time to head to the clubs. DADO, like the other bars on the lane, is seasonal, so don't expect it to be open in winter. Check locally for hours before making a special trip - we couldn't confirm them. On summer nights, when it's open, DADO stays that way until 3am, Thursday through Saturday.
