Super comfortable bed with a choice of 3 pillows. Slight sewer smell. Excellent service. Not a sound.
A very peaceful and welcoming place, meticulously cared for down to the smallest detail. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is basic but includes some tasty options. Without a doubt, a great choice for a weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We traveled to Tenerife to celebrate our honeymoon and staying at the Hotel Emblemàtic San Agustín was a success. It is an authentic, cozy and quiet hotel. It is on a very beautiful pedestrian street and you can park in a parking lot that is very close, and being hotel guests, it is free. When we arrived at the hotel we were late, but Eugenia waited for us to arrive and was very kind explaining everything to us. Being our honeymoon, they had the detail of leaving us the most intimate room, which they also decorated and left us a bottle of wine. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good, with banana smoothie, a small buffet, a menu of eggs and pancakes, made to order, and yogurt. Finally, we would like to thank Raquel for her very friendly and helpful treatment, who made us feel very comfortable and helped us plan the daily excursions we did. The experience would not have been the same without her and we take home a very nice memory.
Our week-long stay at the Hotel Emblemático San Agustín was truly amazing, a 12 out of 10! Every day we had a fresh breakfast with a wide variety of options, and in the afternoon they offered complimentary coffee, tea, muffins, bananas, and wine. The hotel is beautiful, located in the center of Icod de los Vinos, with parking available just a few minutes away if needed. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with any questions. During our stay, we celebrated my wife's birthday, and they recommended a local bakery that made the best birthday cake I've ever seen. The hotel allowed us to keep the cake in their refrigerator for two days. They even decorated the room on her birthday. I would highly recommend this hotel. Our one-week stay at Hotel Emblemático San Agustín was absolutely amazing, 12/10! Every day they serve a fresh breakfast with many options to choose from, and in the afternoon they offer complimentary wine and snacks—a great bonus! The place is beautiful, located in the center of Icod de los Vinos, with parking available if needed. The staff is most welcoming and helpful. We were celebrating my birthday and the child in me wanted a chocolate cake which we found in a local bakery (great recommendation!) and the hotel was nice enough to keep the cake in their fridge for us to enjoy. They also decorated the room. I would definitely recommend this place!
Small hotel in the middle of a peaceful little town. Plenty of affordable restaurants nearby. An absolutely AMAZING lunch with smoothies, eggs, and pancakes. Lots of fruit and local produce—a real treat. The room is typically Canary Island style. Unfortunately, the insulation is rather poor. The shower has very little hot water—about 20 minutes of hot water—and low pressure. But apart from that, a great place to discover for your vacation.
Everything was wonderful. A bit difficult to reach because there's no nearby parking. Free parking is available in a multi-story car park a few hundred meters away. And there's a 50-meter difference in elevation; carrying luggage over cobblestones is very strenuous. The Superdino supermarket is 1 km away, 100 meters uphill.
