The worst experience ever. They offer you a contract and you never see it; they rent you one price and then it's another the next month. They constantly check the rooms when they catch you're not there. It's really better to spend the night in a square.
The owner of the apartments broke into my apartment and stole something... The Civil Guard had to remove her... But the surprising thing is that when I filed a report, it turned out she has three complaints against her for the same thing in the last year... I'm still waiting for the trial for trespassing, theft, and coercion against the owner of the complex.
Awesome view and very nice personal. The internet is unfortunately not necessarily made for working remotely. Also the Kitchen is not very well equipped if you plan to cook a lot. However the view is amazing, on one side you see the sea and on the other el teide, very beautiful!
The apartment is very charming and cozy overall. It's clear that thought went into the furnishings – it feels personal, warm, and inviting. The decorations and color scheme, in particular, create a pleasant atmosphere. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The bathroom was damp in places, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, some appliances weren't fully functional or seemed a little dated. The mattresses also had noticeable stains, which unfortunately detracted somewhat from the overall impression. With a little more attention to care, maintenance, and cleanliness, the apartment could truly be a wonderful place to relax and unwind, as the potential is definitely there. Overall, we had a good stay, but we hope that the points mentioned will be addressed in the future.
The place is okay. However, it is advertised on LoveHolidays as having an onsite bar, restaurant and pool. The pool closed 6 years ago, the restaurant and bar as at 20 February 2026 is closed. It is at the top of a very big hill, so without these facilities you do feel stranded and, if you included 'pool' and 'bar' in your holiday criteria you are going to be very disappointed. We're still trying to resolve with LoveHolidays, they didn't move us when we asked and they messaged at midnight and then 5:00 am to say their case was closed as we hadn't responded!! The Apartments are okay, if you only want an apartment, they are dated and there is no air conditioning as advertised. Possibly good if you have a hire car and all.you want to do is explore.
