One of my favorite hostels so far. The location is perfect, right next to the sea. The hostel itself is beautiful, well taken care of and super clean. The volunteers put in amazing energy to keep everything running perfectly. They are super friendly, with nice vibes and make you feel truly welcome and at home. Thank you all for that 🥰 Very social place, with different activities happening every day. Highly recommended!
We were very comfortable, it was like being at home, the price was affordable, the spectacular place by the sea and the excellent service. If you go to the Canary Islands, don't hesitate to stay here.
The good: the location, the guys who run the hostel, and the chance to make friends. The bad: we rented the room for two people with a private bathroom; that room shouldn't even exist. It's a very poorly constructed room on the terrace, with a constant sewage smell, and it wasn't clean. The shower had sand in it, and there was an empty wine bottle in the bedside table drawer. The photos on Booking.com of the room were nothing like it. The curtains didn't cover all the windows, so light came in. The bed was sagging on one side. Everything was terrible. I imagine the other shared rooms aren't as awful. The worst part was the smell; it was unbearable.
Location is perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful; it's more like a family. It's clean and nice, and the volunteers are putting in so much effort to get a place going right. Meet a lot of friends during a stay, if you are looking for a place to socialise, this is the right spot, you will have to have earplugs in the morning, highly recommended :D They also have men's and women's dormitories available, which makes staying in the bathroom more convenient. Roof top terrace is a really big bonus to make your stay comfortable. The Tenerife room has a big shower, had a great stay and definitely will return when I'm visiting Gran Cacaria. Thanks Guys for a great fun. :D stayed for 7 days
Thank you to Omar and the rest of the Volunteers who made my stay soo lovely . Such friendly people and great activities to do. Bonus was that it was by the sea. I would defo come back. Thank you all soo much and hope to see you all again x
Honestly, the owner isn't very nice. He refuses to refund me even though I cancelled a night 5 days in advance, telling me it was 2 days in advance. Then, when he read the reason, he offered to let me submit a new free cancellation request, but he wouldn't accept it. Not very nice at all. Well, I found a room for the same price as the dorm next door, so I'll never go there.
