What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise Hotel Matilde Las Palmas for its excellent location near the beach and bus stops, and for its clean, comfortable, and modern rooms. However, some guests found the rooms to be small with poor wardrobe layout, and a significant complaint is the noise, particularly from the rooftop bar.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. The room was a small but adequate size, with a poorly laid-out wardrobe and no shelves for clothes. Breakfast was served in an annex about 20 meters away, with a good variety and quantity of options. The reception staff were helpful. The location is good, with a bus stop nearby and the beach a 5-minute walk away. Free water was available for refilling bottles.

My family and I went for a weekend. The service was excellent, the breakfast buffet was good, and during the week there's a pretty good Italian café next door. The location is good, but there's no parking, like almost all the hotels in the area, but they have an agreement with a nearby parking garage a 2-minute walk away. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, but that's because there were two of us and two babies! If I return to that area, I'll probably stay here again, although the group also has two other hotels closer to the area.

A great, clean, and modernly furnished hotel. Excellent breakfast in the neighboring building with a very wide selection. Superb location, 600 meters from the beach. Bus stop almost right outside, parking garage just around the corner. Unfortunately, the hotel is very noisy, especially the rooms below the rooftop bar on the 8th floor, which are unbearably loud. Furthermore, the balcony doors are always open for "security reasons" and cannot be locked.

The hotel is beautifully renovated and has everything you need. We went with our pet and they treated her very well. When we arrived at the room, they had provided a bed and a food bowl with treats. Thank you so much, we are very grateful. I highly recommend it!
