Hotel Matilde Las Palmas

Excellent for staying with pets. No weight limit for dogs. The views of Las Palmas harbor are stunning. Opposite Fuerte Park. If you need parking, there's an agreement with the Mercado del Puerto parking garage, a three-minute walk away.

It had been ages since I'd stayed in a hotel in Gran Canaria and felt so comfortable. I spent three nights there for work, and it was a 100/100 experience. The beds and sheets were fantastic. The location was also excellent, and a special mention goes to the staff, especially Nichel (I hope I spelled that right), who made us feel right at home. Even though I work with technology, the fact that they maintain such a personal touch is wonderful, especially when it comes from people like him. Thank you so much! 🫶🏻

A very well-located hotel for one or two nights before boarding a cruise ship. The rooms are relatively small and not very soundproof, but clean and the staff is extremely friendly.

Clean, simple rooms. Lovely reception staff, always smiling and greeting. Convenient location and good access to public transport for exploring further. Walkable distance to the beach. Nice rooftop terrace overlooking the park, but bring your own coffee 🙂

I attended a birthday party on the hotel rooftop, and it was absolutely wonderful. The waiters were very attentive and always smiling, especially Leti, who was smiling the whole time. Yauci was also very helpful. Thank you so much for everything.

They take a long time to give you the room; check-in is at 2:00 PM and it's 3:06 PM and they still haven't given it to me. They're making me waste time and money.

The hotel is located near the port, a good option before a cruise. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast served in the building next door, and friendly service. I recommend it.
