Great hotel, situated outside the main center, so it’s peaceful and offers a pleasant walk back in the evening after being out. Breakfast was fantastic, and all the staff were pleasant. Just note I have since found out that they should stop photocopying passports. Under the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) 2025 directive, they can view and log passport details but should no longer photocopy or scan them due to data protection.
We paid a fortune (around €250) for a room with no light and a musty smell. Honestly, everything leaves much to be desired in terms of service and facilities.
Hotel well located and quiet. No fridge in the room.
I didn't love it. The service was friendly throughout, which is appreciated, but the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and the pillow couldn't have been thinner. If you're traveling as a woman or with other women, I also recommend bringing shampoo and hair conditioner because they only provide two sachets of shampoo/gel per person per day, and you can imagine how bad it makes your hair. Regarding the pool, it's much smaller than it looks in the photos. Also, the windows don't seal well, and you can hear everything from the bar or the buffet. Overall, it's not a hotel I would recommend.
