About the event

What if you had a space to pause, listen to yourself, and take care of yourself? What if you did it in a safe environment, where you could share and connect with other people from the community?

The COGAM Emotional Well-being Group is an invitation to build a community where we can explore what we feel, develop tools to manage stress or anxiety, and strengthen the connection with our bodies and with other people.

🚀 Start: Monday, May 11th
🗓 2nd and 4th Monday of each month
🕡 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM
📍 COGAM Auditorium

We will work from a practical approach, combining techniques such as mindful breathing, meditation, body movement, and group dynamics, always in a respectful, inclusive, and judgment-free environment. This space for self-care and shared growth can complement, but not replace, other therapeutic processes.
