Sauna Paraíso

Their opening hours are wrong, and they lose money on Sunday nights because everyone thinks they're closed. They're not open 24 hours on Fridays. They're open from Friday morning until 11:59 p.m. on Monday. If they could fix their hours, they'd get more customers.

I like the place overall, but be careful if you expect the jacuzzi to have hot water... I've been there a couple of times and it's always cold.

Good sauna, as others I expected its for mens under 35 only, so I was a bit surprised, to be fair I checked afterwards on their website again where it's really not specifically said so but it makes you feel like that so that's a bit misleading. But surely yonger to mixed persons were present. Sauna has two jacuzzi basically, I wish there was more chlorine smell from them to make sure it's hygienic also has sauna and a steamroom, both quite bigger. In general it's clean. Cruising area is ok with a lot of places to play but significantly colder, maybe close the window somewhere or heat up a bit.

My friend and I had a very good time here on a Saturday from 1 pm onwards. Clean facilities although the steam room has moldy smell, everything else was clean and continued to be cleaned throughout the day! The two section sauna is great with windows looking both into the steam room as well as into the seating area! Clever use of space! Staff was friendly and clientele was mixed, from 20s to 70s, a wide range of tastes and ages! I’d recommend this sauna over most saunas in Madrid!

On Friday night, there were lots of people, all dirty, the anal shower door was broken, people were sleeping in the cubicles without anyone saying anything to them, fights broke out, people were falling over from high, guys were using their phones, even taking photos with the flash, which shouldn't be happening, smoking was everywhere, and I take it back again, none of the staff said or did anything, there should be more control, especially because of the people who were overturning, I don't think I'll be back.

Friday night, May 1st, the sauna was filthy, people were smoking everywhere, even though there's supposed to be a smoking room. If people aren't fit to enter, wouldn't it be better not to let them in? I saw several people fall to the floor; one in the dry sauna almost hit his head. People were sleeping, and you couldn't use the cabins or the sofas in front of the pool, and nobody said anything. The anal shower door didn't fit properly; you had to pick it up yourself and lean it against the frame for privacy. It fell off, I heard, three times, which could have hurt someone. Then some people had an altercation with shouting and such. Nobody was there, and everyone was just watching the fight. 🤔

The venue was pleasant, and the staff member at the door was polite and welcoming. The visitors were mostly between the ages of 20 and 40, and I must say the local Spanish guests were my favourite—there were some remarkably attractive men present. The only downside was arriving during the cleaning period. For roughly two hours, the activity seemed to shift from the darker rooms towards the sauna; however, in such an intensely hot environment, things naturally become rather challenging. Maintaining a certain… firmness, shall we say, is not always easy under such conditions. 🤭😂

Serious safety issues: theft of personal belongings, including stolen phones, bank physical cards can easily occur leaving visitors insufficiently protected. There are no cameras covering the locker area, and the wristband keys are far too loose, they can easily be removed without notice, especially in vulnerable moments. This creates a real risk for customers and is completely unacceptable for a venue of this type. Basic security measures and proper locker protection are clearly missing. Be extremely careful with your belongings and phone, bank cards etc !

don't let the negative reviews influence you. Granted I did not go to measure the temperature of the showers or the sauna, and I didn't inspect each cabin for cleanliness but the check in was easy and friendly. This is a place for sex, and it exceeded expectations there - lots of very sexy men of all types and ages. Would definitely go back.

I’ve been to many gay saunas in London and Amsterdam, so I have a good point of comparison. I visited this place yesterday and unfortunately found it quite disappointing. The receptionist came across as somewhat rude and not very welcoming. The venue itself had an unpleasant smell and was not busy, which affected the overall atmosphere. It was also a pity that only one condom was provided, with no additional condoms or lubricant available for free, which I would normally expect in places like this. On top of that, the towel I was given did not seem clean. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t return.

I was there around 4:30, and the man at the ticket booth was just swearing at the customers. I'm not saying the place is bad; in fact, it was quite clean and had a good atmosphere, but I don't think I'll be going back. The company should be more considerate of the staff they hire. For me, being polite is enough, but apparently not for them.

I just went and the receptionist was incredibly rude. Honestly, I don't know how they allow people like that to work with the public. It was going to be my first time, but I didn't even go in with that awful attitude of his. He's dark-skinned, wears glasses, and has short, slightly Afro-textured hair. He had a Cuban/Puerto Rican/Dominican accent, I'm not sure... I would have liked to see what the sauna was like, especially since I'm not from here...
