We were kicked out after being on the terrace for a while; I understand it's a business, but it's certainly not a pleasant way to treat customers.

First time here, four of us. Inside, I can't comment on the minimum stay requirement, etc., because that wasn't our experience. We had piña coladas, mojitos, and Aperol. My mojito was excellent. I even asked how they made it, and they explained. So, my overall experience and service today was good.

We're back. The waiter isn't the same, but he does his best. The terrace is still nice, but the owner isn't up to par.

Stop using that ridiculous dispenser; we're in Spain. At the price you charge (€10-11), it's already reasonable to pour it drop by drop. The second glass we ordered had the same amount in the bottle; the sad boss must refill it so the waiter doesn't overfill it. The waiter was very nice and did his best.

I honestly don't understand why the reviews are like this. They clearly explained that if you order something, you'll have about 45 minutes to be seated at the establishment. And if you order more, the time increases. That's not only logical, but fair for everyone because the place is always packed due to its great location, good drinks, and good service.

I went with my partner and we really liked the place. The waiter with glasses was very friendly and attentive. We'll definitely be back.

Before we'd even sat down on the terrace, they told us we had to get up in 30 minutes and that everyone sitting down had to order something... We ordered some Mahou beers and asked if they had 25cl bottles for those who didn't want them. The waiter said yes, but they only had Alhambra... He brought us the Mahou beers and three Alhambra bottles... When we told him we'd ordered bottles, he said they didn't have any, that the smallest size was a 33cl bottle, and even the manager came over to emphasize it... We explained that it was his waiter who had offered us the Alhambra bottle option... We ordered draft beers instead, and they brought us doubles. They also brought us a regular Coke instead of the Coca-Cola Zero we'd ordered... The service was truly appalling, especially considering we were paying between €4.20 and €4.50 for each beer...

I don't know why such a low rating. The price of drinks is well known, but unfortunately, it's not just here. We had a couple of drinks on Saturday afternoon, and the waiter, who seemed to be new, was very attentive and efficient.

6 stars, the waiter was very nice (the one with the mustache), although you have to be a little persistent, haha. Drinks are €10, that's the price.

The waiters are incredibly rude and unprofessional; they treat you like dirt.

Limited time to sit on the terrace and also a third of a beer and a vermouth for €10 😵😵😵

The service is terrible. And they only have cold drinks; you can't get a hot coffee in the center of Madrid in winter.

A very welcoming place, the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and pleasant, I would definitely return.
