Sauna Puerta de Toledo

The worst sauna in Madrid, dirty, dark, empty and frequented by unsavory characters.

Very bad service. Only very elderly people.

Today, January 31st, I went in the afternoon, and, seeing that they only had one hanger, I asked for another. The employee told me they didn't have any more hangers, but that one would be enough. I told him that for 16 euros, it's unbelievable that they'd skimp on a single hanger. The employee's response: "If you're not happy, DON'T COME BACK." To which I replied that employees like him are the ones who make businesses fail. I hope this opinion is taken into account because I think this is absolutely shameful!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. It was my first time there. The sauna was empty. 15 euros wasted. Nobody goes there. This is indicative of the terrible service at this sauna, something I can attest to. There are no lively or inviting spaces: desolate, they don't encourage you to do anything, the saunas are tiny, the jacuzzi too, and there's no bar. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I RECOMMEND YOU AVOID THIS SAUNA.

It's really not like it looks in the photos. The place has been renovated and turned into a small, trendy spot with a bad atmosphere and a €20 cover charge. I think it's time to update the listing; the place is no longer authentic.

I didn't like the guy at the door at all; the dark-haired one served us well, but everything else was terrible. There were too many older people, and they were very pushy. You tell them no, no, and out of respect, you leave. That's my opinion.
