This place has an incredible tasting menu. I wanted to give my wife this experience for her birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. A variety of flavors in the kitchen and a perfect wine pairing in a very welcoming setting.

Best restaurant in Malaga at the moment. Surprisingly low key for the quality on offer. We loved it and will come back!

Me and my family went visited Clómada last night for dinner. It was such an amazing experience, the interior, atmosphere, food and drinks were all spectacular. The sommelier recommended a beautiful bottle of white - the food was top quality and our waiter was amazing at explaining every single dish and all of the small details. All the staff were amazing but big praise to our waiter - we did not catch his name but he was from Bolivia, he was amazing!

My husband & I were traveling Andalucia & always select Michelin rated restaurants when we travel, as we both enjoy good food, wine & service. Clomada was our best dining experience of the trip. The cuisine is a fusion of Spanish & Ecuadorian (the Chef is from Ecuador). They offer both an ala carte & 9 course tasting menu. We chose to "build our own" tasting menu from several ala carte items including: Amelie Oyster; Gildas Clomada (tuna, pacharan, goat cheese); Locro Croquette (corn & potato soup), followed by the Ceviche with peanut sauce, avocado & coriander, and the Grilled Foie with corn cake & white chocolate sauce. We were very happy to create our own menu & the flavors were beautifully balanced, with incredible tastes & textures. With the help of David, the Sommelier, we chose wines to pair with each course. For dessert, we shared the Roasted Apple in Cider on basque cake & vanilla pastry cream. To compliment dessert, we chose a delicious 10 year old Sauterne. The service was exemplary, provided by Jennifer & Rodrigo. The ambiance was elegant, yet modern in feel. Chef Claudine Paulson knows how to excel in providing the perfect dining experience.

We had the chance to try this fusion restaurant in the center of Malaga. It's well worth a visit, a blend of traditional and exotic flavors, with attention to every detail. The Sao Paulo cocktail, with its spectacular citrus flavor, is fantastic, and of the dishes, I highly recommend the gilda, the ceviche, and the sea bass—it was spectacular, although all the dishes were wonderful.

I truly enjoyed the cured meat tartlet, the leek with caviar cream, the corn in texture and the oxtail. Interesting experience. I think it must be incredibly difficult to create an experience that justifies the high price. Definitely when we look at how much thought has been put towards the choices of cutlery and plates as well as the presentation, it's certainly quite an investment. Initially I almost stood up and left because I felt alienated. The pressure to perform as a diner and being hyper critical is uncomfortable as the experience is not one of casual enjoyment but looking for a life changing experience. The atmosphere is one of high pressure and stress where we the diner feel like we need to nitpick every detail.

An experience that must be enjoyed, from the attention upon arrival, the Maitre's knowledge of the menu, the presentation of the dishes and the simply spectacular food, and the warmth of Chef Claudine Paulson, who already enjoys a recommendation from the Michelin Guide.

An excellent experience at Clomada. The food, cocktails, and wines were all top-notch. Their fusion of Ecuadorian and Spanish cuisine is original and surprising, making each dish a mini gastronomic journey. Highly recommended.

In view of all the rave reviews for this restaurant, reviews that led us to dine here on our only night in Málaga, I want to let others know that this restaurant is definitely not for everyone. From the moment we walked in, the door closing out the street noise full of people enjoying themselves at outdoor tables, we felt we were in the wrong place. It was as if we had entered a minimalist museum with cold stark walls void of warmth, with the staff walking around on tip toe and hushed voices, acting as if the restaurant were some great work of art that could only be handled with gloves (and indeed at one point a server actually did put gloves on). Though the service was attentive, the food well executed (though rather on the bland side), the whole thing just felt very pretentious, as if we had entered a sect where everybody was in awe of the chef. We left as soon as we could and immediately went to another restaurant, one with warm Andalusian hospitality and people laughing and enjoying themselves, relieved to be back in the land of the living. There we were able to unwind, enjoying a glass of wine and share a flavourful starter. It's not that the restaurant is bad, it's just that for us there was no pleasure whatsoever in eating there.

An absolute dream! The kitchen is bursting with Claudine Paulson's passion and love. We had a wonderful evening full of flavor explosions between Ecuadorian and Spanish cuisine. Absolutely fantastic. The tasting menu was perfect for experiencing the chef's passion firsthand.

Phenomenal🤩the highest standard of the product, the culinary creation is a hedonistic culinary experience for the customer, the service is a dream!!!…all this is a bomb of quality in itself👌👌👌👌👌👌
