I gave 40 hours' notice that I couldn't use the room due to a cycling repair. They charged me the full price. This is very bad publicity for the international cycling community. A 3-star hotel in Teruel didn't charge me anything after my cancellation. Avoid this place if you're a cyclist. On the phone, the owner told me she was taking the cancellation into account. It would have been honest, as in many establishments, to charge half the reservation fee. In any case, enjoy my hard-earned €49!

Although it was for work reasons, I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, both for its quality and price, but an unforeseen circumstance forced me to cancel my reservation unexpectedly. However, despite not being contractually entitled to a refund, the hotel was very understanding and cancelled it free of charge, which I greatly appreciate. I will definitely book again as soon as I have the chance.

Complete disappointment with the hostess's treatment and behavior; we didn't even get to go into the room. We had a written reservation from March 29th to 31st, but when we arrived, the hotel was closed. When we were finally able to speak with the owner, she told us it was for the following week, that it was impossible for us to have a reservation for the dates we had previously indicated by email, that the hotel had just been disinfected, and that no one could stay there. We completely understand that there might have been a misunderstanding regarding the dates; however, we were told that everything was fine. We made a four-hour trip only to have to turn back... The place may be very nice, but they didn't treat us well. They made us waste an entire day and money on gas. Check your dates carefully before going to the place, and as for the hostess, make sure you read everything thoroughly, since, as I said before, everything is in writing.

After a 4-hour journey, the owner told us the reservation was for the following week, even though we had previously emailed her with our preferred dates and she had confirmed our stay by phone after reading that email. Ma'am, if you can't accommodate us on those dates, just say so and don't waste our time and money traveling there. She neither apologized nor admitted her mistake; she simply kept repeating that it was impossible for us to have booked for the date we specified. She spoke to us rudely and kicked us out of her accommodation. I'm giving them zero stars because I can't.
