Simply PERFECT stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel was a fantastic discovery: an unbeatable location, right in the heart of San Antonio, convenient for walking to everything and experiencing the city to the fullest. But what really makes this hotel special is the staff: everyone is incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A huge thank you to Gianluca, the true soul of the hotel! An extraordinary person who is there for you every step of the way, always available, attentive, and capable of making you feel at home. Thanks to him, our stay was flawless in every way! The room was spotless, with attention to detail and perfectly managed: comfort and order were top notch. If you're looking for a flawless experience, this is the place. Highly recommended, I'd go back in a heartbeat! 💯

This is definitely not a gay hotel. Disappointment! 90% occupancy was heterosexual and female in May 2026. Gian Castro from the hotel's management is a communicative, helpful, and friendly person, a 1000/10. Because it's not a gay hotel, I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the center where you can find shops, restaurants, and many suset bars. Furthermore, the location is strategic for reaching some of the island's most beautiful beaches by scooter (the hotel also has parking!). The rooms are spacious (ours even had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool). Not only the rooms, but all the areas of the hotel are well-kept and clean. The pool is very pleasant with a beverage and food service (excellent spritz). Beach and pool towels are available to guests without even having to ask (excellent service). The staff is extremely polite and helpful; Gianluca is an angel! Ready to help (just to give you an example, he provided us with a mini umbrella without us even asking, which truly enhanced our experience in the beautiful coves of Ibiza), available at any time, truly a Host with a capital H! For work (airline industry) and also for pleasure, I've traveled a lot... but Gianluca amazed me! A 5⭐️ service with the difference that here you feel that customer care comes from the heart... not from a course with slides where they teach you what to say and what to do... Gianluca has the innate skill of hospitality.

Our experience at this hotel was simply spectacular. Finding a 3-star adults-only, gay-friendly hotel of this caliber in Ibiza is a true luxury. From the moment you arrive, you're enveloped in a wonderful, elegant, relaxed atmosphere brimming with positive energy. Special mention goes to Gianluca, the manager, who is simply incredible. It had been ages since we'd encountered someone so professional, approachable, attentive, and passionate about making your stay perfect. His service makes all the difference and makes you feel right at home from the very first minute. The breakfasts are amazing, incredibly comprehensive, and delicious; the pool is a true paradise for unwinding; and all the staff provide impeccable service, always with a smile. Every detail is meticulously cared for, and you can clearly see the love and dedication they put into running the hotel. The value for money is unbeatable. Honestly, it offers far more than many higher-category hotels in Ibiza. For us, it's probably one of the best 3-star hotels on the entire island. We're leaving completely in love with the place and eager to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended.

Fantastic week-long stay at the Purple Hotel. Gianluca and his team gave us a very warm welcome, with smiles, laughter, and top-notch service. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, the breakfast was generous, and there was a lovely pool with sun loungers. You can enjoy delicious cocktails and eat at any time. It's located just a short walk from the sea, bars, and restaurants.
