Chanty was so hospitable and welcoming to my and my friends.

If u stay at a hotel stay at this one. first off lost a wallet at the club and came back and instantly got a new keycard for us to use at 4 am. hella clutch. was hammered the entire time and was left alone the entire time. also free breakfast which was fire for coming back from the clerb. house music bumpin at the pool and water was great. only complaint is ac wasent that cold but amazing stay

The kind of welcome no one wants to receive in Ibiza… I was greeted a little too late after a night out by Ms. Paula Catalan, who was unable to find my room, having left my key card at a friend's house, forcing me to stay with them in another hotel. The level of customer service and reception was deplorable. Worst experience of my life. I strongly advise against staying here.

I was not happy with my stay at Fergus Style Bahamas, Ibiza. I checked in on the 27th for my 28th birthday on the 28th and asked if an upgrade with a nice view was possible to mark the occasion. Instead, I was given a room right at the very end of the hotel with no view at all. The room itself was in poor condition: the floor was very wet, it was dusty, and there was visible mold. There was also no telephone in the room, which staff said “should be there”. I walked all the way to reception in the heat to report this. I showed them photos, but received no apology. They said an engineer would come, but no one did. Even after they changed my room to one that was slightly better, there was still no telephone, plus no tissues or rubbish bin in the room. For a pricey hotel, I expected much better basic standards. The only positive was the location and close to everything. But for my birthday, I expected some special treatment or at least a clean, comfortable room and basic customer care. I got neither.

I feel more like I'm camping. The common areas and the rooms are just awful…the bedding is the cheapest kind, not to mention the bathrooms. There are no services whatsoever…and if you need anything, the reception is always packed…it's discouraging… I don't know how they can give a four-star rating to an establishment like this. I won't be going back.

The service from the first moment was magnificent, the reception girl was lovely and everything got better when we met Eli, who looked after us at the pool, plus the hotel's location is excellent.

We have had a wonderful stay at Fergus Style Bahamas so far, and we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for making our visit so memorable. A very special thank you to Rosa from the Reception team for taking such great care of our check-in, guiding us throughout the process, and assigning us a fantastic room. We were extremely happy with our accommodation, and we also greatly appreciated the excellent work of the housekeeping staff, who kept everything spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Our heartfelt thanks also go to the restaurant staff for the delicious food, clean service and the beautiful surprise they prepared to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was a thoughtful gesture that made our special day even more unforgettable. Thank you to every member of the Fergus Style Bahamas team for your warm hospitality, kindness, and outstanding service. You made us feel truly welcome, and we are certain that we will come again in the future. Highly recommended!
