I had a wonderful stay at this small hotel in the heart of old Seville, just steps from the cathedral and the Alcazar. The hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are good restaurants right next to the hotel. Thank you very much.

The hotel is in a charming location, overlooking the cathedral, accessible from the rooftop, where there's also a small pool. However, the problems start in the rooms. Surprisingly, they don't have hairdryers, which is unthinkable for a 4-star hotel at this price point. The rooms are quite dated, with mildew and air conditioning that only works at a minimal level. Being an "organic" hotel committed to eco-sustainability, they don't change the room towels daily, despite my repeated requests. One positive is that they leave a bottle of water in the room every day. The hot tub, the main reason I chose a room with a hot tub, is actually a simple bathtub with bubbles and colored lights, not worth the investment. Another significant issue is the daily presence of insects in the room. While I recognize that the hotel has potential, I hope this review can serve as a starting point for improvements.

Halo Boutique is a great hotel in the perfect location for all the major sights. Located in the old town of Seville, it's just a 3-4 minute walk to the Cathedral, Tower and Alcazar Palace. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool is small with only 4 sunloungers, but plenty of seats overlooking the Cathedral. There's no bar upstairs or even downstairs and breakfast is in a different hotel just a 20 second walk around the corner. That said, the location and staff more than make up for it.

I don't understand how it has such good reviews, even though there are very few of them. The price is good for the location, cleanliness, and facilities. However, as soon as I arrived, they told me that if I'm a smoker, I have to get dressed, go up and down the stairs, and leave, even though I have a balcony that overlooks the very same street where they kick me out. These details made it very unwelcoming for me. Choosing this hotel for a few days' rest was a mistake, and be aware that there are no refunds. They make you sign a contract to control you and take your bank card as insurance. Who knows, they might even be watching you with a hidden camera in your room. It's not welcoming at all. Establishments that do this in the hospitality sector don't usually do well because they don't treat guests like people. The whirlpool tub, which was my main reason for coming, is very small. Be aware that there are no refunds here. When I finally arrived, I realized that no air was coming out of the air conditioning vents. The lack of ventilation was awful, but it was eventually fixed. Even so, it's a good area. I recommend a quiet evening stroll through this area. The receptionist on the first night was very professional and friendly, and so were the ones the following day.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location! Joaquín was incredibly helpful and welcoming during our stay with recommendations from somewhere to watch the football, to places for breakfast and helping us find a gym to visit. Hotel was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and were able to sort our transfer out form the airport for us, they were very responsive too. Location was right in heart of the old town about 3 minutes walk from the Real Alcázar and Cathedral, building was a haven to retreat to in the hot July summer, with air con and pool on the roof to take a break in the afternoon.

Nice, modern hotel with a rooftop pool, large rooms, and a super central location. It allows you to stop midday for a refreshing swim and a nap before continuing to enjoy the city in the afternoon.

The staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful, especially Henrique at reception. The hotel's location is ideal; the only drawback is the very lively and noisy neighborhood, especially at night. The superior room was lovely with a terrace upstairs, but poorly soundproofed from the neighbors and the noisy street. The small pool was very pleasant during periods of intense heat.

Very nice hotel

We have used the hotel for the second time, this time we chose to have our own roof balcony, and it was certainly nice. We can only give good recommendations for the hotel. A small minus this time, however, was that we had not been informed that the breakfast would be at another hotel, we would have liked to have known that. We hope they will soon have breakfast on site again as we liked the offer in 2025.

A hidden gem in Seville. Cozy, stylish, perfectly located, and with some of the warmest hospitality we’ve experienced. Victoria and Alejandro went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved being able to walk everywhere and having convenient parking nearby. Would absolutely stay again.
