About this place Beach of Pinedo

Pinedo Beach is Valencia's main gay beach, south of the city, and a reliable place to find other queer travelers and locals.

There's a dedicated gay section, easy to reach by public transport. No car needed, which is a plus if you're staying in town. Think of it as a low-key seaside escape, where you can actually be yourself.

You'll find a clothing-optional area here, too. It draws a mix of people: locals from Valencia, plus visitors passing through. This blend of international and Spanish sun-seekers gives the beach that familiar, social buzz you'd expect at an established gay beach in a big Spanish city.

Like most popular beaches in Spain, it's pretty relaxed. You get the Mediterranean coast, plus a built-in community. It's a natural spot to meet people, whether you want a quiet day by the water or a chance to mingle. Pinedo's easy access and long-standing reputation make it a solid bet for your Valencia trip.

Great, my dog always has a blast. And he always gets along well with the other furry friends!

Good atmosphere, normal sand, a place to spend a pleasant time with or without dogs.

A fantastic beach, at least before the peak season. Clean, spacious, and free from the noise of beach bars; the few that are there are family-run. Excellent bus connections and very close to the city. It's miles better than the beaches in the capital in every way. And the beaches of El Saler and further up are ideal. Highly recommended.
