I think they should explain how the booths work and how much they cost, as there is no information available here or on the website.

The products are okay, there's plenty to choose from, but they have booths like the ones in Madrid and Barcelona that cost €8 to go into just to look at them, and what a waste of time and money. They're small and very expensive for what they actually offer... I don't recommend it. Besides, they're cheaper in other cities, like for €5.

I went to politely inquire about how the booths worked, and the manager's treatment of me was passive-aggressive and condescending. She addressed me with expressions like "darling" or "sweetie" in an annoyed tone, giving the impression that helping me was a nuisance. I felt belittled, and I don't consider this a professional way to treat a customer.

Plenty of stock, the receptionist was very friendly. We came today, Sunday, it was very quiet.

Everything was perfect and Sharol was super nice
