King Hotel

The hotel staff were wonderful - -articulate those at the front desk. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the location very convenient. Best stay on our trip to Scandinavia!

We had a lovely stay at the Bank. It is a very friendly well located hotel in the centre of Stockholm. The room was perfect for us. I must also add that every member of staff we encountered were exceptional, including the guys at the le Hibou rooftop bar where the cocktails and service was truly excellent. On the food side, again we were very impressed and enjoyed a hearty breakfast (the choice caters well for all tastes and diets) which set us up for the day ahead, we then decided to return to the Hotel before leaving for the airport for an early dinner in the Papillon bar and were delighted that we did! It goes without saying that we will definitely return to the Bank when we next stay in the Stockholm area.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this well located hotel. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room lovely and the breakfast buffet plentiful and beautifully served. We felt very taken care of and would highly recommend!

Our first visit to Sweden so we are so glad that we chose The Bank Hotel for our stay. Our overall impression of Stockholm was wonderful made more so by the Hotel. Great location, clean, comfortable, efficient, great food and the cocktail bar is a must. Special mention to the front desk nothing was too much for Annie, Lian and Eleni to make our trip so memorable. Thank you. Highly recommend.

As an experienced traveler and real hotel lover, I’m not easy to impress – but Bank Hotel is really something out of the ordinary. The hotel has that personal and cozy feel of a smaller boutique hotel, while everything is imbued with professionalism and the highest standards. The reception is warm and genuine, the rooms are of fantastic quality and the details are thoughtful down to the smallest. Breakfast is also worth a visit in itself – the dining room is wonderful and the dishes are of a very high standard. What I also love is the location. You are close to everything in the city, but the area also captures the historical and classic Stockholm in a very beautiful way. The proximity to the water does much for the feeling, and it is easy to walk further out towards Djurgården and all the fantastic museums. A hotel that manages to combine charm, luxury and personality in a way that is hard to find today.

I stayed here for a week on a recent work trip. The people were super nice. The room was small but nice. The breakfast was very good. The location was good for walking the city.

The bank hotel still believes in high quality service which is so nice in today's world where so many hotels are cutting back on services. Here the room service was twice a day, the staff were friendly and professional, and the place was immaculate. I credit the hotel manager, Bemnet, for this, as he was extremely responsive with feedback. The hotel is very close (walkable) to just about every major attraction/museum which was the main reason we originally picked it. We will stay there again now that we know how great the service is. A special thank you to Olivia at the front desk for exceeding our expectations. I asked where I could purchase a flower crown for my wife on Midsommers Eve! Olivia soon knocked on our door with a crown for my wife which was so nice and unexpected. The breakfast is amazing. We enjoyed the barista cappacinos, the fresh-squeezed orange juice, and the made to order options like eggs benedict! I also recomment the sea bass if you have dinner at the restaurant. The rooms, bedding, and bathrooms are as nice as you would expect at a luxury hotel. TL;DR The Bank Hotel is an excellent choice for a Stockholm stay. The service is over the top. The hotel is a great value for what you get.

Bank hotel is located very centrally. It is a small, luxurious hotel with quality for the most part. Nice rooms, very good restaurant and a bar with super service.

We loved our stay at Bank Hotel for 6 nights. It’s the best location - walking distance to many major attractions or a short (and easy) tram ride. Istanbul is such a busy city, our hotel felt like a peaceful retreat from the noise, heat and thrum as soon as we entered the doors. The staff are wonderful and warm. We enjoyed breakfast very much (lovely buffet and order eggs off the menu). We are celebrating a special occasion and were treated with a beautiful card, fruit, wine and rose petals in our room which was a lovely surprise!). The converted bank building makes it a very interesting venue. The rooftop bar has a great view. We ordered wine and were given apperitifo style nibbles. Our room was comfortable and quiet. We had a terrific experience, would stay again and would recommend!
