If you're looking for affordable and clean accommodation in Izmir, Rolex Hotel is definitely the right place. The owner personally took care of me; thank you very much Rolex Hotel and its family.

The rooms are very good, spacious and airy. There's no breakfast, but they don't even provide a bottle of water costing 10 TL in the room. The staff's attention and everything else is very good, but water is important, water is life...

I stayed for three nights, it was a very trouble-free place, I would recommend it.

The kitchen was quite good, with new furniture and tiles. However, overall we were not very satisfied. The bed was quite hard, we had difficulty sleeping. They are definitely not good at cleanliness; the rooms were not clean, the wardrobe was dirty and broken, there were hair and lint buildup in the sink. The textiles were worn, the towels were wet. The shower in the bathroom was broken, it was impossible to shower comfortably, there wasn't even a drain cover. There was no soap, only a single shampoo of unknown origin. We were very cold at night, there were no blankets; even though the air conditioning was on, it had no effect. Security was almost non-existent, sound insulation was zero, fighting and noise could be heard in the room day and night. Also, the walking paths are not as good as expected. I would never consider choosing this hotel again. I would also like to mention that the name is different; it's called Grand Wife, you won't find it if you search for Rolex hotels on Google, even though the sign is different.

I have never seen such a dirty and bad hotel. Don't be fooled by the photos. It has nothing to do with it. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I can't recommend this place enough, the staff were so friendly and the rooms look exactly like the pictures, no fake old pictures from ancient times when the hotel was first built. Clean and neat, highly recommend this.

I am delighted with both the staff and the hotel. The hotel is clean, you have literally everything you need. It is close to a huge beautiful park, as well as shops, transport and everything else. I will definitely come again next year. From me, a rating of 10+++++
