We ordered bathhouse number 4 with a pool, specified the temperature as 22 degrees, also a jacuzzi! The pool water does not correspond to 22 degrees, why was the answer that 21 degrees! Probably your slogan <Return to customers>! Because it is not 22 or 21 degrees there, but all 15!!! And it is very interesting why when you respond to reviews! Then write in Russian and congratulate everyone! With what? That you did not freeze in your warm pool! I really wish you to swim in such water all your life! And stop responding with a chat jeep! And everyone will be congratulated!

Today we rested, the mood was good, everything was neat, this question does not have, but for me it is not clear, if the question was before we ordered, what is the temperature in the pool, we were told 22 degrees, no one could go into the water, because the water was like at baptism, but the cherry on the cake was at the end when the time was up we got dressed at 20.00 you turn off the light, if you did not have time to get dressed, turn on the flashlight and look for your clothes in Polish, it is so powerful 😂 thank you we will not come to you again 🙄

A good clean complex, but there is a big minus, in room 4 there is very cold water in the pool. At the same time, they clarified several times that the water temperature is 22 degrees. Why deceive customers, we would not take a room with a pool, it is not a font. Be prepared for the fact that you will be charged per second, exactly at the end of your arrival they will simply turn off the light, saying well, your time is up, so we turned it off for you. There is no shoehorn, no trash can or even a bag either. Customer orientation is zero, there is no desire to come to you anymore.

A very nice place where it is pleasant to relax. Everything is clean, pleasant smell, very cool humid steam. Delicious tea, everything is available if you did not bring it with you (towels, slippers, sheets). During power outages, a real salvation. Thank you! We will come again💙💛

We recently relaxed at the sauna. We were two minutes late. The bill cost us 1/4 of an hour, or 300 UAH. I wanted to ask for a bill for the food, but it was a shared one. Apparently, this is to make customers less conscious of what they're paying for.

I booked a small steam room; everything was clean and tidy. I was pleased that you can steam up in the sauna, and it's very good. The staff is polite and helpful, and you can order food, drinks, etc. Slippers, towels, and a bath whisk are additional services. In short, the place is decent and decent, especially if the price tag is not too steep.

We really like both the sauna and the service here.
