Extremely unpleasant experience and complete disappointment with the service. The places were booked in advance, the terms and conditions and the amount of payment were clearly agreed upon. We were counting on a specific price according to the previous agreement. However, a week before the event, the administrator called to inform us that the price had increased, and we had to pay an additional amount. A logical question arises: if the reservation is confirmed in advance on certain terms, why should guests pay more? Usually, with early booking, the price is fixed. In this case, the agreements were ignored. Payment is accepted exclusively in cash, which already raises questions. Upon arrival, the situation repeated itself. The administrator immediately announced the amount, which again did not correspond to the agreed one — without specifying the number of people and without recalculation, in fact “from the ceiling”. Only after we reminded her of the previously agreed price did she say: “Oh, yes, exactly, for this amount.” I would like to separately note the behavior of the staff at the end of the booking time. As soon as the paid time ended, the lights were deliberately turned off in the room. We were not given the opportunity to calmly gather ourselves, dry our hair, and put ourselves in order. When we asked why the lights were turned off, we received the answer: “We have to clean up after you.” At the same time, the light was on at the reception - that is, it was done deliberately. It seems that guests are simply being kicked out, without basic respect and customer orientation. This attitude completely ruined the impression of the event. I have no desire to return here anymore and I cannot recommend this place either.
We booked a sauna a month in advance, and three days before, we received a text message saying it would only be open until 8 p.m., not from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. We wanted to celebrate a birthday there, but now we have nowhere to go and are left bare-assed.
I didn't even know that the brothel had been converted into a sauna...
We came to this bathhouse for the first time. I understand that every place has its own rules, but this is our first time encountering this, so I warn the following visitors: 1. The administrator did not warn how the jacuzzi works (we used to visit saunas where everything was turned on before our arrival), and we did not know what to do for the jacuzzi to work properly. 2. Ants!!! They are everywhere! You cannot leave fruit or any food on the table, they are on all the plates at once! There are a lot of them, not only on the table, but even in the jacuzzi. 3. Considering the cost of an hour (1400 UAH), we are used to towels and sheets being included in the price, so we did not ask right away, we had to buy them. I think the administrator should have warned in advance that these are additional paid services. 4. There is no hairdryer!!! This is the first bathhouse with a pool in my life without a hairdryer! After all, swimming pools for a girl usually mean wet long hair, which is difficult to dry quickly without a hairdryer. It is very unfortunate that I am writing a negative review. The sauna is not bad, we chose it precisely because of the jacuzzi and not too cold pool. But the evening was ruined. I hope that my review will help those who want to relax here, and you will be ready for what we were not ready for
We recommended this bathhouse, everything was great, except for the but- 1. It is not clear why the lights were turned off, completely, a few minutes before leaving, where of course we left the bathhouse late, because it was inconvenient to gather in such conditions. 2. In conditions where this space is a way of relaxing for people, is this the reason for the administration to deceive them? 3. The question is not about money, and I would like to leave a tip, but then you need to arrange the right approach to the guests of Your Space!
