terrible impression of visiting the restaurant "Khutir". arrived with my family, sat down at the table, and it turned out to be dirty, as well as the seats next to it. my mother politely asked the waitress to wipe the table, but in response she heard: "what's the point?". after that the employee simply turned around and left. honestly, we were shocked by such an attitude. then the administrator came up, but instead of resolving the situation, she stood with a dissatisfied look and repeated "gentlemen, gentlemen" with her eyes rolled. such an attitude towards guests is simply unacceptable 😤 in the end we decided to leave, although they had already brought us our order. after such service there was no desire to stay 🤬 it is very unfortunate that the establishment allows itself such an attitude towards visitors. I hope the management will pay attention to the behavior of the staff, because because of it I do not want to return here at all 🤢

One of the best saunas!!! Neat, tidy, brand new boards in the steam room itself!!! Administrator - Ms. Olga, 100% the best!!! Thank you very much for the rest!!!

We visited the establishment, but unfortunately, our impressions were rather negative. Firstly, they couldn't provide us with blankets when we checked in because they were out of stock, even though the restaurant is set up with outdoor pavilions, where such things should be provided. Then there was an issue with our tea order. We ordered "Lisovі yagody" tea, but they brought us a completely different tea. When we asked, the waitress confidently replied that it was the right tea. Later, she came over and apologized, informing us that they didn't have the tea we needed, and instead, they brought us "Lisovі travy" (Forest Herbs), without any advance notice. I think that at 325 UAH per liter of bagged tea, they could have at least informed us in advance that the item was out of stock. We also ordered "Khlibny Gorshchik with Veal," but after we ordered, they told us the kitchen wasn't currently preparing it. The billing issue deserves special mention: after paying our bill, we didn't receive our change for about 15 minutes, and only after we called the waiter ourselves was the issue resolved. All in all, the overall impression was that it's difficult to not only eat and drink what you want at this establishment, but also to receive a basic level of service. The place is beautiful, and the grounds are truly pleasant, but that's the only positive at the moment.

This isn't our first time visiting Khutor, but the last two were disappointing. We sat for about 40 minutes waiting for a waiter, and no one came to us. We left hungry. Although the waiter met us at the entrance and showed us where we could sit and eat, there's a call button on the tables, but no one responded. The staff complains that there's no one to work.

The dishes taste terrible, the prices do not match the quality. I also think that if the restaurant serves Ukrainian cuisine, then the Russian language has no place in the service there

We were at the Khutir restaurant yesterday. Wonderful place, delicious food, a real festive atmosphere! We will definitely come back in the summer!
