great hotel! it was very clean, the staff were so kind and helpful especially Ingrid who had a lovely smile and was so nice to us! the breakfast was so good in the morning and i would definitely stay again!
I stayed with my co-students on a field trip to Birmingham and I must say the services rendered are extremely wonderful- from the comfort or staying in the room to the cleanliness of the entire hotel. It's also situated in a close proximity to the train stations and its in the city centre. Their staffs were also professional and modest. Special thanks to Ingrid for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to come into Birmingham, stay in a serene atmosphere and a close proximity to the train station.
Hotel was great. The staff showed amazing hospitality especially Ingrid, who was great! Definitely recommend!
Bad customer service when you call 📞
I had a very good experience staying at ibis Birmingham New Street Station. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Raju for his excellent service and kind behaviour. He was very professional and made me feel welcome. Also, thanks to the two Nepali staff members whose names I unfortunately forgot they were also very helpful and polite. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Birmingham.
The hotel experience was top notch that I forgot I wasn’t at home. The breakfast was amazin. Special thanks to RAJU on helping out with food servings, menus and the likes. A great guy honestly.
Good service and polite staff especially RAJU BHAI
