The room was quite noisy, however the location is very good and you can't hear anything from outside. The staff are very helpful.
The service was so-so; the night shift staff were okay. However, the room was terrible. The air conditioning was broken, and the room I booked on the platform said it had a window, but there wasn't one. There were very few electrical outlets, and no tables or chairs; everything was just placed on the floor. Then, late at night, around 1 AM, we came into a stuffy room and woke up feeling hot. Ironically, the front desk gave us a fan, but we couldn't even plug it in.
The rooms are on the smaller side but all i needed for one night, you get what you pay for. The room had a really good level of cleanliness , including bedding and towels Reception staff were really nice and helpful. The bed was on the firmer side but it was fine. Not the hotels fault but i didnt get a great night due to the person in the room next to me showering and repeated toilet flushing between 11:30pm and 12:30am which woke me, i suppose the walls are on the thinner side. But no noise from outside till nearing 8am.
Stayed for one night whilst visiting my mum in hospital. Very convenient from the train station. Room very clean and easy to access. Kim on reception was very helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money.
Simple, clean and comfortable
