Lovely place to rest your head, don't compare luxury and affordable. A good location to rest while you explore the city also it's in the Center of China town. Please use the stairs wisely if you're wasted 😂. Great bar, serves good beers to good people, wonderful atmosphere, polite staffs. There's an affordable unsecured car park about 5 mins walk away.

Great value. Small but clean room with ensuite. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my sleep and also of the breakfast buffet provided! Staff were straightforward, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend trying the excellent food in the Indian Cafe Racer downstairs.

I really tried to give this place a fair chance, but my stay didn’t match what was advertised at all. There was no service desk anywhere on the property. Instead, there was just a scruffy note taped outside the door with a phone number and no instructions. It didn’t feel organised or reassuring, especially when arriving for the first time. The room was the biggest concern. It was genuinely unclean, with mould on several walls, windows that wouldn’t open, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The smell from the bar hits you as soon as you walk in, which makes the whole place feel even less comfortable. The main phone line didn’t work at all, so if you needed help, you were basically left to fend for yourself. That’s especially worrying if you’re travelling with family. What really stood out to me was how different my experience was compared to many of the glowing reviews online. After staying here myself, those reviews feel highly questionable. My stay simply didn’t match what others described. Overall, I wouldn’t return and I wouldn’t recommend it. There are plenty of other places nearby that offer better value without these issues.

0/5 Stars Avoid this place at all costs. We arrived at 2:00 a.m. after confirming our check-in online, only to find the doors locked and no one there. After calling multiple times, the owner finally answered but was incredibly unprofessional and confrontational. He initially refused to open the door, shouting over the phone about payment issues despite the booking being fully confirmed. He eventually showed up 30 minutes later, but only after a heated exchange. The interior was even worse than the service. The hotel was filthy, and the room we were given on the top floor was unacceptable. There was visible black mold, a terrible smell, and the carpets were disgusting. To make matters worse, the bedside lights didn't even work. We only stayed because it was the middle of the night and we were stuck with no other options at that hour. This was a distressing and horrible experience. The quality is nothing like what is advertised. Save your money and stay literally anywhere else.

Clean room but tiny. Tiny bathroom but again clean and well decorated. Breakfast was poor. No hot food. Just toast, yoghurt, cereal and slices of cheese and ham. Bed was comfortable
