Ryan and Celia made my stay absolutely wonderful. They are by far the best customer service agents I have ever dealt with. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help made all the difference. I would definitely stay at this apartment again and highly recommend it to others.

A very pleasant stay at the Staycity Apart Hotel. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious with a kitchenette, coffee and tea facilities, a dishwasher, and even a washing machine. You don't hear any noise from the neighbors. The neighborhood is fine. Walking distance to the Utilita Arena (10 min) and the city center (15 min). Nice pubs, restaurants, and small supermarkets nearby. They are strict with the check-in time; it is 3:00 PM. I was there at 2:15 PM but had to pay £30 if I wanted to check in immediately, so I waited a bit. 15 minutes later, I was allowed to check in. I will definitely be back! A little tip: they also have To Good To Go for breakfast, so if you want to wait a bit longer, you can have breakfast delivered to your room for about £5 afterwards (though you do have to pick it up yourself 😉). We will definitely be back!

The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. Really easy access to local amenities.

The staff here are exceptional. We had a problem with the air con which couldn't immediately be resolved but they provided a fan abd sorted it completely the next day. The rooms are cleverly designed with everything you need for a city break.

The rooms were very very clean and well stocked , It’s a good feeling of apartment and hotel all in one really cleaver idea. Came down for breakfast and lovely Nima was smiling all the way and every second. I really enjoyed my stay with you

First time at Staycity Birminham, in the jewellery quarter. From the welcome at reception to departure the following morning after a full English breakfast I was impressed. The car park next door cost £17 .50 with guest discounts. The apartment was clean, tidy, with all I needed. Great location a short walk to the Bullring.

This was my first time in Birmingham, so I honestly didn't have many expectations. I had also stayed in another aparthotel elsewhere in the UK before, and the experience had been a bit mixed. Staycity Birmingham was therefore a fantastic surprise. The location is excellent, in a really pleasant neighbourhood, and only about 15 minutes from where I was working in the business district, which made it incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. It genuinely felt like staying in a great apartment rather than a hotel room. Everything was spotless throughout my stay. What really stood out, however, was the team. From housekeeping to reception, everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional and always willing to help. I would absolutely recommend Staycity Birmingham and, without hesitation, it will be my first choice when I return to Birmingham. Thank you to the whole team for such a pleasant stay

Great value! Very central location, rooms have everything needed including small kitchen with all the appliances. I would definitely recommend this place
